Integra Custom Collision

The service here was really bad. It took weeks to schedule a drop off time. As well, I had to go there two times to get a quote for insurance. The shop also didn’t finish 100% of work promised. As for quality of work it seems ok, however I think they’ve done well on their Porsche niche. I can’t comment on quality or work, but if you want good service it’s not here.

I brought my Impreza here for an icbc claim recently. Damage to the front bumper, fender and door. Besides that I also asked them if they could take out a couple of scratches in my hood.
Initially I found them as they were pretty much the only shop open on saturday. Helps when you depend on your car and work 9 – 5.
The whole experience was pretty painless.
They got me into a rental car. The owner Kal actually drove me to the rental office. Thanks again Kal!
Told me it would be done by the following saturday.
Ben the office manager called me thursday morning and told me my car would be ready that day.
I looked over the car when picking it up and the work was slick. Many of my friends have had bad work done at other shops but the guys at Integra turned back the clock. Now the car looks like it did pre-​accident. I also didn’t pay for the polishing to the hood!
Overall the service here is a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. The guys are really down to earth and they do good work.
I’ll go back if I ever need to.

I was driving around the neighborhood for several quotes from the best body shops on Unilocal,and I went to burrard autobody. They told me to go see Kal at Integra. Not only were they friendly, soon after I got the quote, I met Kal, the owner, he helped me out even more by going above and beyond by checking the mechanical part of my car because there were sounds in my engine. Also, he offered me a way better price than most shops. Not only was he kind and friendly when I met him, he went above and beyond to make sure my can looked great. I had a dent in the back of my bumper and he made it look brand new! Kal has worked on Porches for years and those are hard to fix once there is a damage on the body. I highly recommend that anyone would take their car to integra.
