Really, really great service and great pricing. I was going to go to a big box store to fix my desktop, but they had a 7 – 10 day turn around (really!).
I did try another place before this one, and they said my CPU was fixed, but running at idle it was still 70 degrees Celsius (not good/​not fixed).
Anyways, I tried this place with a fast turn around, and they fixed it the first time. They normal fix laptops, but they did a great job with my desktop!

Very good service. I had my graphics card repaired in my Dell laptop. If they can’t fix the issue, they will not charge. They phoned me a day later and gave me a price and ETA. My laptop was ready in the time they estimated and the display is working perfectly! Highly recommended!

I searched high and low for a place I could trust with my precious data and laptop. I searched Craigslist, asked friends, made phone calls, read many reviews, until I saw the reviews on Google for this place my research was over. You should check it out. All good reviews!
I was devastated because all my work and my life for the past half decade was on one single hard drive — with no back up. So many years I contemplated getting a back up hard drive but never got around to it. I know, I know lesson learned.
Note; Everyone should have a back up drive if you care about your data, pics, vids, etc. …or you can b/​up on cds, flash drives, Scan cards, etc, etc.
I didn’t care so much about the actual (Dell) laptop because I bought it in ’06 and that’s like 20 years in lapdog years. I do have to admit they make good laptops.
Anyway back to the amazing service I received from Noël and his team. I came in with my laptop to see what was wrong with it and to get it fixed. Right the next day before doing anything Noël called me and broke it down for me and said I needed a new hard drive and fan and everything had to be backed up and reinstalled plus get virus protection. That came to around $ 300 but then Noël did something amazing and something maybe nobody would do. Recommended me to get a new laptop! Amazing!
Obviously he could’ve made a lot of money fixing my PC but this man has integrity and will treat you with lots of care and professional advice.
So I ordered another laptop from Dell, went back to this shop, got my files transferred from my old laptop in 90 mins (went for sushi in the meantime :)) and viola!
He also put my hard drive in a brand new beautiful metal case for only $ 20 to use as a back up.
He saved me a lot of money and time.
This is officially now my permanent go-​to place for any PC repairs!

I brought my xps notebook here 3 years ago to repair the badly designed MB.
Noël not only repaired the faulty Dell design but did so for $ and quickly. Dell wanted an arm and leg for a MB replacement. Never Dell Hell again.
Brought it back this week for another repair and Noël comes through again!
I’ve recommended others to his shop and all satisified with his service and prices and warranty.

I got my baby back. Work is guaranteed for 3 months. I couldn’t be happier people, really. You have no idea. Have you ever been told your computer is dead, and to just forget it? Nothing can bring it back? I was told this by another shop… and I did give up for several months. I’m sooooooo glad I went here and talked to them. I came in under budget, $ 200, and have my laptop in PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
