Kaizen Renovations was established in July 2008 and my company has been steadily growing ever since by word of mouth and referrals from happy clients that want to see me succeed. Kaizen started small with small project management, and renovation construction projects. I have done bathroom renovations and most recently an extensive town home renovation that included the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and painting.

Kaizen’s main service is our full project management. Whether we are designing a new kitchen, a new addition to your Home, or an entire house remodel, Kaizen Renovation can help you with all phases of the design, building and remodeling process.

I have over 14 years of Project Management, Renovation and Construction experience. I started by learning different trades hands-​on and the how, why and when specific work got done.

In the preliminary stages, I learned that, «Practice does not make perfect,» but rather, that, «Perfect practice makes perfect.» I paid exceptionally close attention to the details and made sure that even if it took me longer and it cost me more, I needed to be completely satisfied with my work so my clients would be highly satisfied.

After 8 years of working for others, and seeing how Project Management, renovation and construction industries was being tainted with workers that were less skilled, I decided it was time to set up my own shop and give my clients what they really wanted and needed, the Service of a reliable experienced and honest person.

Kaizen means: Constant and never ending improvement. It is how I live my personal life and I want my company to reflect that.
