Jojo did my brows and after 30 years of horribly bad tattooed eyebrows that I had just removed with laser I am thrilled. They are beautiful in shape, colour, and the look of individual hairs makes them look natural. Jojo was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Thank you Jojo from the bottom of my heart.

I got my eyebrows done by Jojo and the experience was better than I imagined. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the whole process step by step as we went. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She took care to make sure I was comfortable through out the whole process and kept checking in with me. We talked about my eyebrow shape in detail and was patient with me while
I made sure the design was exactly what I wanted. I have recommended her to all my friends!

I definitely recommend this place if you want any cosmetic tattooing done. Jojo spent almost 4 hours tattooing my eyebrows and top eyeliner. She even did eyeshadow tattooing for me!
She applied and reapplied anesthetic cream to prevent any discomfort during the process.
You can tell she really takes her time to make everything as symmetrical as possible. She even told me that I was her only customer of the day because she doesn’t like to rush, which I really appreciated.
Jojo is quite easy going and open to answering any questions and discussing pigments she uses, the tattooing process, etc. I was happy to hear that the tattoo pen needles are one use only.
I was provided small packages of antibiotic cream, grape seed oil, and petrolatum, which is great, since I didn’t have to go to the drugstore and buy those items.
I get many compliments on my eyebrows and eyeliner and I will be back for future sessions with this talented lady!

Eyebrows — hair stroke technique.
If I could rate a zero, I would.

My niece her ball point pen technique = Free, with an ice cream for fun-​zies.
The difference between the two results is imperceptible.
While the initial service was pleasant and acceptable, the post service and actual results after healing were completely unacceptable.
Not only did I pay hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for what has turned out to be two barely apparent stripes (literally one line and smudge) on either eyebrow, I was also denied a ‘complimentary’ touch up once I healed and could see (or not see, in my case), the dazzling outcome.
I just cannot comprehend the process, not at all.
I laid on bed for hours, while Jojo scraped and scraped (similar to what you may think a dull razor blade being dragged across an avacado pit may feel and sound like), so I really felt like some magic was taking place.
After the service, I had some good looking, albeit swollen and red, brows!
A couple of weeks later, after the ointments, after the healing, after the dye that was used for the hair stroke technique (and consequently darkened my actual brows) faded, I was left with two very disappointing faded stripes.
Yes, I was happy when I left the salon, because I thought I saw results. What I didn’t realize then was that the results that I thought I saw were actually due to the dye that had coloured my own brow hair and my skin, not the actual ‘tattoo’. Of course this was only apparent after the healing and after the dye faded.
Radical. $ 500 for a brow tint.
When I contacted Jojo, she denied a complimentary touch –up, by throwing back at me that I left the salon ‘pleased’. She also tossed around insulting accusations of trying to get stuff for free, etc.
After I called her on her offensive customer service, she said that I could come back into the salon for her to have a look (I had already sent pics) and maybe work out a reduced fee.
No thank-​you, Jojo. I would rather pay more money to another establishment who appreciates my patronage to fix your horrible work, than receiving a ‘complimentary’ touch-​up from your entitled self.
Your lack of customer service has entertained the thought that you actually do crappy work to begin with so you can charge even more when people require a touch-​up.
Never never never would I recommend you or your salon, for any service whatsoever.

I have a couple tattos. The lady who owns this tattoo shop is the tattoo artist. She is amazing she is so calm and friendly. She did an amazing job. She was so gentle. Thank you!

Jojo comes highly recommended from the top permanent makeup artist, Shauna at Beauty Ink. She has both touched up a previous liner job (and improved upon it!) and did my eyebrows. I get many compliments on the eyebrows and I’m so pleased I no longer have to fill in the missing bits that have accrued over the years.
She’s pretty chill, sometimes she might be late, but as long as you can roll with that it’s all good!

As someone who got her brows tattooed the first time and not really knowing what to expect, Jojo really put me at ease with her considerate attention to detail and frequent communication before, during and after the entire procedure. She really cares about her work and takes her time to make you comfortable and satisfied with what you wanted. Very pleasant experience and one I would highly recommend to others !

Jojo is very good at what she does. I agree with the previous review: she’s a perfectionist who takes pride in her work. I visited her for upper eyeliner tattoos and was very pleased with the results. Her work seems to be of better quality than the practitioner who did my eyebrows, both in terms of shape and the longevity of pigment.
I’ll be returning to Jojo to have my prematurely faded eyebrow tattoos from that other practitioner fixed and reshaped.

I had my eyebrows done by Jojo a few days ago. I waited until it healed a little to see how it is before I wrote a review. I have to say wow just wow. Jojo is honestly so professional and did such an awesome job. My eyebrows have now scabbed and healed pretty much and it looks so amazing. It’s so natural looking and everyone who had seen me said that they cannot tell that it’s tattooed since she did such a great job at making it look natural with her hair stroke technique. I will definitely be going back to Jojo for my touch up soon and am very excited to interact with her again. She really listens to what you want and make sure that you walk out happy. I have absolutely no regrets about going to Jojo and if you’re looking for any kind of tattoo Jojo is the person to go to without a doubt.

If there is one thing that I am grateful about, I would say is to have found Jojo whilst surfing the web. Subsequently I visited her. Discussed about my intention to hire her to work on my eyebrows with tattoo method.
Finally the day arrived and Jojo worked on my eyebrows in early November, 2013
Jojo bent backwards to «fix» the mess (done by so called specialist I had seen last) on my eyebrows. She displays efficiency as well as professionalism. Another trait that I admire about Jojo is she cares about her customers. In my case, Jojo was faced with «challenges» which she worked hard on to surmount them.
I look forward to see Jojo, as agreed, in mid-​December. We both know some hair line adjustments are/​would be needed.
With my positive experience with Jojo, I strongly recommend Jojo to anyone who wishes ANY tattoo work that you are contemplating to be done. I happened to have watched her whilst she was working on a spider tatoo… wow, that was impressive!!!

Jojo is an amazing artist and very knowledgeable with tattooing, and uses a high-​quality pigment in her tattooing. She got the shapes and colours of both me and my mom’s tattoos spot-​on. My mom is a red-​head and she chose excellent colours to go with her skin-​tone for both her eyebrows and eyeliner. My eyebrows are naturally white and I found that tinting them wasn’t very cost/​time effective as it’d only last a couple of weeks, and still needed penciling for further refinement of shape. Being a minimalist the tattooing appealed to me as now all I have to do is brush my hair, apply some mascara, and head out the door sporting perfect eyebrows :)
Both me and my mom highly recommend Jojo and will go back to her when the time comes for a re-​touch.

Guys listen up I bought my girlfriend this eyebrow tattoo and now the eyebrows are permanently on and there’s no more time wasted with my girlfriend having to pencil in her eyebrows and we can enjoy the evening quicker.
A lot of girls suffer with self-​esteem issues due to little to no eyebrows. I am sure you have seem them.
This really helped our relationship and now we also go to the gym more.

Thank you for your perfectionist philosophy, expertise, and consummate professionalism. I had Permanent eyeliner done at Looks Wow yesterday and am very happy that I did. I was a bit scared at first, but already purchased Teambuy (no going back). It didn’t hurt much & less than going to dentist. If it hurts, just tell her & she’d put more numbing cream on it. It’s only one day (I heal faster than normal) and my eyes look so pretty. Thank you so much for spending extra time to make perfect lines. I am excited to have perfect line everyday for 3 – 5 years. Oh~yeah.
p. s. tips for people; I had to keep saying to myself to «keep eyes closed» while getting done. And, the reason I chose this place is because that it’s tattoo shop not beauty salon. I read some review article somewhere, tattoo shop is usually less painful and more professional. I will update review if anything changes.
