M & M Meat Shops

Large selection of frozen prepared foods that are easy to reheat and are pretty tasty. Their cream puffs are delicious as is their too tall cakes. Chicken wings, lasagna, cabbage rolls and Oriental party pack are good too. Lots too try and they offer sampling of certain products in store that change each week.

While waiting for the bus I love reading the weekly flyers like food porn… even better when the flyer comes in my mail box. For frozen food they have some kick ass selections, especially for throwing parties when you don’t want to cook. I love the Strawberry shortcake ice cream bars = instant love. I hate chopping onions, it’s the worst thing for me to do. M&M meats have diced onions in the frozen section = another instant love. The prices are fair and decent, quality is better than what you would get in the generic frozen isle of Extra Foods in the same plaza. Staff are really friendly, some who know my name off the bat which makes me feel happy. The other desserts are hit and miss with me, still favor the PC brand selections on these.
