Maitreya’s has been around for years and is one of the only places I can go in Vancouver where I know that the pieces are legitimate and not fakes. They have a great selection of asian art and antiques (Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan), as well as an interesting collection of jewelry. Maitreya is very friendly and has traveled extensively and always has great stories about where the pieces came from and the meaning behind them. Great store! I highly recommend stopping in.
