We specialize in our award-​winning artisan breads and baked goods. We have proudly operated our comforting neighbourhood café as well as supplied our artisan bread to the city’s finest kitchens.

At MIX The Bakery, we use time-​honoured techniques, which are balanced with unique flavours and textures. Our line of hand made breads include varieties from around the world and is individually designed to our high qaulity standards. No short cuts are taken in our processes, as we believe this yields the freshest and tastiest results.

In addition, we offer creative catering to satisfy any breakfast, lunch, or party get-​together. We have a variety of sandwiches, salads, and sweets in our menu but we welcome any suggestions to create off-​menu items for special occasions.

MIX The Bakery also has a line of all-​natural artsinal preserves made in house. They are recognized by Vancouver Magazine as one of the Top 101 Things to Taste in BC and can be found in local markets and specialty stores.

Historique

Fondé en 2003.

Best friends Thuy Kelp & Rose Concepcion have shared a passion for creating fresh and delicious food for over a decade.

Since the late eighties, they have gained valuable experience while working in acclaimed kitchens across North America, in 2003, they brought their combine creative passion to Vancouver’s West Point Grey Village and opened MIX The Bakery.

This neighbourhood, artisan bakery & café have become a comforting meeting place for locals, while providing signature products for the finest restaurants in town. Thuy and Rose, along with their culinary team, are dedicated to providing Vancouver with unique and tasty delectables, in a wamr and welcome atmosphere!
