Where the animals and products come from is just as important to us as how they are treated. The places our products come from and the people who make it all possible give us the drive and pride to deliver a great product.

In short, all our meats are hormone and anti-​biotic free. Each animal we process comes from locally sourced farms where we have a personal relationship with the farmers to ensure a healthy product, happy clients and above all else, the highest quality we can serve to our customers.

Our grocery shelves are stocked with a loving quality that will compliment anyone’s food conscience. Organically produced dairy, soups, eggs and lunch packages are staples for the grocery items we keep in stock. Also the selection of sauces, rubs, spices, dressings and accoutrements are but an arms length away.

Feel free to ask any of our veteran foodies to guide you through the ranks of hot sauces. They’ll be sure to steer you into the mouth of richness.

born in the town of niagara-​on-​the-​lake ontario, i moved to whistler BC in 1998 to cook and snowboard. worked as a tournant chef at the bearfoot bistro for 5 years, head chef of oak bay marine group’s m.v. marabell resort at langara island in the haida gwaii for 5 seasons traveling to central america in the winters.
