It’s rare to give a 4-​star to a non-​restaurant, after all, how can you get excited to come to a photocopy services store lol.
But Michael really pulled thru. Needed to scan some menus into «selectable content» for online ordering programming needs and his fancy machine did the trick.
Best part was he emailed this separately and titled by Subject heading lol, head office will love this instead of a batch file.
Offer similar services as the big boy across the street, only open til 8pm on week nites.
Meter parking in front.
Water cooler is a bonus.

What a rude Owner, be careful when you come here for printing. My today experience is I get Michael to print business card for 4 clients, and being reported some business cards (not all) from 2 clients has been mixed up (back and front). I guess it is normal to ask for reprint the around qty (not the whole job) when found to be mistakes, so I grab the card and asked Michael to reprint (not refund). Then Michael ask me to count how many cards there need to be reprinted, it comes out 8 cards/​person roughly, since customer just random checking. He said I have provided 108 cards to you (I ordered 100 pcs), so he will not reprint this, and will reprint it if more than 8 cards. First of all, who know you have printed more to customer, and no one has counted it when receiving. But now he claimed he have given me 108 pcs when there is a problem, so there is no reprint if less than 8 pcs. I believe it is reasonable to have reprint the same qty when some card print wrong. Firstly, he declined and said it is no possible to make a mistakes until I shown the card. so don’t come here for printing, he is nice when no problem, but he will shout you out and rip off your job if there is a problem. BE CAREFUL! Mistakes is acceptable, but bad attitude and rude customer service is totally unacceptable.

Stay far away… this guy treats women like a chauvinistic pig.
And he rips people off.

Paid $ 62 for 100 full color double sided 5×7 cards. Had to go back a few times as they only gave me 50. 2^nd time this happened so I’m not sure if it’s a standard business practice. Not so helpful and didn’t listen to my instructions on printing.

Great costumer service and always willing and polite. He delieverd on what he says. DO NOT go to the place next door! They are so rude, worst customer service in the world-​really! They may be a bit cheaper but not worth the hassle in always checking up on late orders. This place is much better:)

I needed to get a whole piano music book copied and bound as soon as possible and these guys did it for me in half an hour. I was very impressed with that wait time as I had other errands to run in the area that I could do while waiting for them to copy my book.
The original book’s pages weren’t the standard letter size so the guy at the counter told me that either the top or the bottom would have to be cut off a little bit. Being piano music, I told him I’d rather have the titles cut off a little from the top than have the notes on the bottom only be half there. When I went to go pick it up, nothing was cut off even though the original pages were larger than a normal piece of printer paper. Everything was there, clear, and legible. The binding’s also sturdy and there was a protective plastic cover on the front. I was very happy.
The only downside and the only reason I docked a star is the price. Without the binding it came to around $ 10 and with the binding it totaled around $ 13. I thought that was a little much.
Anyways I didn’t experience bad service or anything like that so I can’t complain.
Pros: quickness, quality job, and helpful service

Verdict: If I need another copy job I may come back again, but I might inquire prices from other places first.

SML – or «that copy place on Broadway» as I like to call it – is the best place to go for very specific photocopying projects. SML has a very good no questions asked policy. Other places seem to make inquiries about photocopying 1000 page packs of documents for students; SML stays open 23 minutes after closing time (10pm I believe) to make sure those last couple hundred pages get printed.
The rates for photocopying are far cheaper than the FedEx place across the street. My only issue with that copy place on Broadway’s pricing is that it charges a minimum of $ 1 if you print using a computer.

This place is ridiculous!
He promises the world when trying to get your business. He produced the worst business cards I’ve ever seen. The actual cards did not match the proof and he kept making excuses for it. At the end of the day, he wouldn’t stand behind his product.
An awful place to do business with. Would never suggest that anyone go there! Even if this was the last printer left. You’re better off with a pen and a piece of paper.

Unfriendly and rude service. Prices don’t seem to make much sense… for example, computer B&W printing is 5 cents per page for single sided, 10 cents per page for double sided (though you will not see digital printing prices posted anywhere, so that in itself is quite ambiguous). The printers are very slow to print from the computers. It took an hour for me to print 250 double sided pages which were from relatively small PDF files. I would not go here again. The place just next door has a student rate of 5 cents per page for double-​sided B&W digital printing… go there instead!

More than graphic design SML does printing. Yep, good old fashioned photocopying. What I like about this place is that it is conveniently located (across from Kinko’s), the service is great, and it’s cheap. I went here instead of across the street for some printing I needed done, and it was lovely not to have to wait in line, and then fight for attention. So, cross the street and you’ll be happier!
