Sascha Pogor, Business Development Manager

Sascha has over 15 years of business experience in sales, account management, and in building, managing and driving high performance teams. At Softlanding, Sascha is responsible for driving the internal and external business development process, from initial engagement to finalizing the deal. He is a values-​driven, consistent top performing sales leader with excellent leadership, presentation, business acumen and team building talents.

In his previous role as Director of National Sales for Aerotek, Sascha was responsible for Managing and Driving Large/​complex accounts in Western Canada, which included defining, implementing and executing on strategy in companies spanning a wide range of industries.

Sascha, a graduate of Brown University in Providence, RI, is a former «Big Brother», a certified coach in the Richmond Youth Soccer Association and an active member of the Vancouver Board of Trade.
