Met the owner (Tai) through a mutual friend. He told me about his services, and I decided to give him a try as my car had a few scratches I wanted removed.
On the day of the appointment, Tai was running behind. He promptly contacted me and let me know. Very friendly and professional.
The tools and equipment he carries around is of good quality — I was wary of detailers before this (seen some bad jobs by others), but Tai took the time to explain to me how the equipment worked, and what
For $ 60, he buffed out most of the scratches on my car door (took just over 1h), and also threw in another panel as a gesture of goodwill. All but the deepest scratches were gone. I had requested that he not go too deep, for fear of removing too much clear coat. I asked him about pricing and it looks like it’s about $ 250 – 300 for the entire vehicle, which is in line with the competition.
He comes to your address of choice, and all you have to do is tell him what you need done, and walk away. The only thing he needs (depending on the services chosen of course) is access to a power outlet and a hose bibb.
Next time I need some detailing done, I have no problem going back to him. Recommended.
