I have had my prescriptions with this pharmacy for about 3 years now. The service has never been great, my meds are expensive and every time I put an order in for them, I either get a call back telling me the cost and do I still want it ordered OR it doesn’t get ordered at all. But this time really took the biscuit — I ordered on Saturday, was asked if I wanted them as they are very expensive«yes please». Get a call on monday asking if I was informed of the high cost & do I still want them«yes please». 10 minutes later I get another call saying if I want them to be ordered I need to go in and pay for them first. I feel your system needs to be updated!

Based on the name alone, I feel like I’m in a scene from Breaking Bad. Kidding aside this place has the basics close to Joyce Skytrain station which is convenient for me to grab things before heading home. Prices are fair market and customer service has always been decent. They also fill prescriptions.

«The Chemist» is a cute pharmacy attached to the Carepoint through an interior corrider, but they also have a wheelchair accesible street entrance. They have all the over the counter get better medicine, personal items, and pharameceuticals of a regular pharmacist or equivalent section in a drug store. Their perscriptions are cheaper than most and their over the counter products are comparable in price and quality. But their pharmacists are the most helpful, and friendly I’ve met, and they tend to know as much about the medication as the doctors next door. It’s a great place to find the cure for what ails ya.
