The girl in store was super helpful and found just what I was looking for and gave me a good price on top of that.

I was really impressed with the service I received for my wedding. I ordered a custom made tuxedo for myself and fitted my wedding party with rentals. The owner was professional and personable. When the tuxedo came in he made sure that it fit and it only needed some further minor alterations, which were done at no charge. During this period he kept me informed on a regular basis with updates and the tuxedo looks great and was delivered on time as promised with no issues.
I enjoyed dealing with this business as I found them to be very good at what they do and knowledgeable about style. The owner spent the time to take me through all the options for the tuxedo and to look at what would look good on my body frame.
They have suits and tuxedos from an American supplier and some from overseas depending on your price point. I personally insisted on the American supplier as I do not mind paying a bit more to ensure that my clothing is made with fair labour practices.
Overall I have to say it was an excellent experience for the sales and rentals and I am so glad I chose them over some other competitors that I was mulling. They have «old school» customer service principles that are rare with a lot of businesses these days.

These guys are fantastic! Had to rent a tux last minute for a gala and they had a great modern tux ready to go on the day of the event. Don’t go anywhere else.

We were looking for a local tux place for my wedding, and I am glad we found this place. We dropped by on a Saturday and it was very busy. They greeted us right away, but told us that it would be a 15min wait. We decided to wait, and am glad we did. The service was great, and the tuxes fit us very well, as I have one guy that is very particular about his clothes.
Everything was smooth from pick up to drop off.
I would recommend this place, you even get free socks.

Absolutely one of the worst retail experiences I have had!
Went in a month before my son’s Grad to book a White Tux. Had everything ordered. Did my part by paying the deposit… the day of pick up… went in to PU the Tux and it was stained in 2 places, as well as black rings around where they let the arms length out! and the tie was not in the bag (TG I noticed)
CLEARLY they DO NOT clean there Tux’s after each use! Gross!
Their solution: give me a black Tux or refund me my money (the day before the event) Seriously! After a conversation with the manager he agree to «try» to get it cleaned in the morning… but made it clear there were NO promises!!!
As they are not sure if they can get it cleaned in the morning… They said they will let us know! They did NOT call… I had to follow up.
Fortunately they did have it done… although my husband had to miss 3 hours of work to pick it up and drive it back out to the tri-​cities. Not to mention the 1 hour I wasted the day before to pick it up (and it was not clean)!!!
So, today… when we go to return it, you’d think the process would go smoothly… NO…they are holding our BLANK credit card inprint in case it doesn’t dryclean properly! (this time they are dry cleaning?) ;) hummm…
What a NIGHTMARE… I would warn everyone to stay away from this place!!!
ALSO: they took 2 credit card imprints. one from me when I ordered and one from my husband when he picked it up. when he phoned to tell them they said «òh yeah, we‘ll shred it»! did they?

Our wedding planner (a principle at Dream Group) recommended them and they are great. Very professional and great options.
My husband is 6’6″ and he wanted a four button jacket tux and they had it. He was very happy.
He was also impressed that they help suit up the Canucks when they need tux’s. ;)
Great customer service, when we called back over a year later they had his measurements on file, which made it easy to re-​order.
