This store is my favourite on the west. They have a better selection than most of the other stores close by, and the ladies working are always nice and helpful.

We’ve been here a few times since my bad experience last year, and I thought I’d post an update. The one star review was left out of frustration, but valid nonetheless, so I will leave it up.
Considering how small the place is, they do manage to squeeze a lot of inventory in this place. A good selection of strollers on the floor as well. Prices are okay, some things can certainly be had cheaper elsewhere, so shop around for the big ticket items. Otherwise, it’s a decent little shop that undoubtedly serves the neighborhood well.
The store on Marine Drive is far more massive and warehouse-​y, with lots more of the larger items on the floor. Worth a visit if you’re down that way.

Our friend was registered at TJ’s so we ordered online and picked up our items at the Kitt’s location promptly and easliy. We had been to a shower recently that registered at another kids store in the city and had the worst time with out of stock goods and poor service — TJ’s showed us how simple and easy a fun thing like buying for a baby shower can be.
Months later our little niece in still enjoying her playset and night light and I would not hesitate to stop by for any future children’s needs.

I went to this store to buy a gift for a friend’s daughter. I had in mind that I wanted to buy a cute little dress for her but when I was browsing in TJ’s, I didn’t see anything I was looking for.
One of the employees asked if I needed help and I explained what I was after. She advised they don’t carry a big selection of clothes, especially for kids over 1yr old. She showed me a few toys but I was set on buying an outfit.
I was very impressed when she recommended another store not too far away where I could get what I was looking for. Most stores would not direct a customer to another store, so I was really happy that this young lady would be more concerned about what I wanted than trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Not only will I go back to TJ’s, but I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for toys, etc. for their kids. That’s great customer service!

Despite its comparatively small size, this unassuming store had far more stuff in stock on my «new baby» list than the monster-​sized «Babies ‘R Us» on W. Broadway. It has a big selection of strollers, diaper bags, and smaller items for babies and toddlers. However, if you want to browse cribs or other nursery furniture, you’ll need to make the trip to TJ’s larger Marine Drive location.
