Fondé en 2008.

All Vancouverites love to talk about real estate. This is our hobby. VLR staff is no different and we share that passion with our clients and tenants– both local and from abroad.

in 2004, Martin Schoenberg was commissioned with creating a model for accommodations during the 2010 Olympics. The data showed a sever shortage of hotel rooms and the foundation of VLR was laid– offering luxury accommodations for distinguished Olympic guests and visitors in general.

Some of our clients included Nancy Carrigan, Stephen Colbert, and even Russia’s president Vladimir Putin. This fabulous line-​up of clients continues today with many A-​list stars calling us directly for tours of Vancouver’s finest rental properties.
