Tried Wind but did not like the severe lack of data & phone coverage. On 15th day of the trial (CRTC now allows up to 15 day free wireless trial) showed young staff person my receipt and asked if it’s still ok to return it, he says yes. So I go sign with another carrier. I went back trying to return everything and staff now says I cant since it’s actually 16th day. I argued with staff and he said he didn’t look at receipt (why did I show my receipt to your face then asking if I can return it?) Phoned Wind ‘customer service’ and also said it was 16th day and they can’t take it back. I filed complaint with CRTC and they said it was still the 15th day and they should’ve taken it back. Terrible experience with Wind all around not following Government regulations and inexperienced store staff.
