I read some of the reviews. Unknown if the company is legitimate. The website could represent a scam. You pay your money first, then they ship nothing. The company may be the exception in Canada, just commiting fraud with new customers.

I give them NO STARS as I too never received the items purchased. Didn’t even get a credit. I too heard from them saying a replacement was on the way but never received it. I actually received one item which was broken and never received the replacement. I also bought some items from Deal Ticker (are they the same) and am having the same problem. Been meaning to contact BBB but maybe I will seeing that others have as well.

People please contact the Better Business Bureau of Central Ontario to file your complaints against this company. I was filing a complaint with the BBB in the US and after typing in their business name I found out that they are located in Thornhill, Ontario. I have just filed my complaint with The BBB of Central Ontario and hopefully we can help put a stop to their deceitfulness. I ordered an otterbox in April, its now August and I never received the item so please don’t just settle for being ripped off!

I along with a few others purchased a charging cable for my Iphone 5. Worked for about 10 minutes and then nothing. Last night the damn cable caught on fire and started burning. It screwed up my phone which wont charge now. Of course the company doesn’t have a phone number. They would never be able to handle all the people calling to complaint. I went through Living Social and explained to them the situation. They gave me a $ 20 credit and offered to refund the cable. I am holding onto it until I hear back from Apple Depot. I would love to sue these guys for their crappy products that could have caused a house fire. Stay away from these people!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered a product through them and never received it. Emailed them about not receiving it and they «sent out another one» but never got that one either. DO NOT purchase from them, they will just steal your money!

This company is horrible. DO NOT order from here. They charge your account and your order gets lost for months and they do not reply back to inquiries. From reading the other reviews, seems like this is pretty consistent experience with everyone else. Prices are good but this kind of customer experience is not worth it. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Stay away!
(I’ll also be logging a complaint with LivingSocial for doing business with them, because this does not reflect well for them either).

if I could give negative stars I would. My review will get lost amongst the slew of bad reviews, which one would see as a sign, but hey they don’t get it i guess.
This company is a joke, took forever to get any response that my order had been received and was processed. Months later i finally got an email that stated my iPhone 5 charger had shipped and was delivered.
It never was, the company said to put in a claim with USPS and they would cover the «lost» item. There was never insurance included in the shipping because it was shipped cheapest possible. Verified by USPS.
The statement I kept getting from them is they can not refund or reship anything due to scams… which i understand, but the the whole process left me feeling like who was scamming who???
I feel my charger was never shipped. They were zero help. and joke of a company. ***STAY AWAY***

This is the worst company in the world. I ordered 2 mp3 players one broke as soon as I removed it from the charger. The other one never worked. Since it took forever fir them to get back to me, I could only get store credit. Decided to use my store credit on two watches. Garbage again. This company deserves negative stars.

I wish I could have given them zero stars. We ordered an MP3 player for our daughter and paid for 5 – 7 day shipping. It was in processing mode for a very long time. I emailed them several times and kept getting form emails in return from“Leslie” telling me stupid things like «check our website for shipping info», «shipping soon», etc. after threatening to take action with the Better Business Bureau, I finally started getting tracking info. 1 ½ month later the piece of junk MP3 player arrived.
This company only has an email for contact. They are the worst company ever to sell on-​line. Don’t buy from them!

I just reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.
It is the biggest scam and rip off ever. I wish I had read the Unilocal reviews before buying the stupid Living Social deal for these effers. Got some iPhone headphones. Worked for all of one day until the jack effing BROKE OFF. Like seriously? Customer service is non-​existent.

Holy Sh*t. This is by far the worst company I have ever purchased ANYTHING from. They falsely advertise their products, overcharge you for shipping products, and fail to deliver on EVERYTHING. Express shipping? Expect it in three weeks. Did they happen to picture an Apple product (not to mention use Apple in the domain name)? You can forget about it. My three-​year-​old daughter could have made a better iPod knock-​off than what they shipped to me.
And good luck with that refund once you realize you were completely thieved. They have no phone number that you can find anywhere. They do not respond to e-​mail. And they have no online chat representatives to help.
All in all, this company gives the word Apple a horrible reputation. Stay away. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down already.

I made an order 2 months ago– still no product. I sent apple depot an email saying I would blast them on facebook and twitter and they finally shipped it– but I still don’t have it– worst company ever.

Company is horrible. I purchased a 10foot iPhone 5 cable/​charger. My order was listed as «processing» for a little over a month. Never heard anything from them regarding why. I emailed customer service and almost a week later got an email response telling me to check my order status on the website. Umm gee duh I already did that and stated it in my email to them as well. I waited about another week or so then checked the website for my order status.
Once again it listed «processing.» So I emailed customer service once again and was not as nice about the situation to them. I mean at this point it had been almost a month and a half since I made my order. They emailed 3 days later saying my order had shipped.
I’ve had my cable/​charger maybe a month and it stopped working. I plugged it in and it said «this cable is not apple approved» or something like that. It no longer registered it and was no longer charging. I pulled it out of my phone to see if something was wrong and BAM the cable pulled right out of the head (part that plugs into phone). I’m so disappointed with this company it’s unbelievable. They wasted my time and money. Caused me to do work to get my product and then didn’t even last over a month.

I do not know how this company is still in business. I purchased a 10 foot iPad charging cable, it fell apart and stopped working a few weeks later. I gave it another try and bought a pair of headphones and a iPod charging cable, they barely made it a week. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

Do not purchase! I thought I was getting a deal from Groupon on a phone charger and USB cord. Phone doesn’t hold charge. Horrible products. Waste of time and money.

I brought 2 Sprout Pencil for my daughter via LivingSocial and she was so happy that I got it for her. That was 7 weeks ago and the order is still in Processing order. I wrote them 2 days after the order with initially email me with tech error with the order and they replied the order is ok and I should got it 2 – 3 weeks. Well I still don’t have it. And my daughter is very disappointed why they aren’t here yet.
I will never order from this company again. Why LivingSocial is still doing business with this company after so many compliant?

Do not purchase from this company. Products are terrible and do not work. This place is a scam.

Shipped the chargers for my iPhone 5 quickly. Though the website said that it would be 6 – 8 weeks, it was less than two. After reading the previous Unilocal reviews, I was upset at the shipping time. However, I didn’t have any problems with apple depot.

Worst service in my life, low quality products, and slow website. They are in it for the money! I and my friends bought apple earphones from them via LivingSocial, only to find that its fake! To make it worse, It took them 4 – 5 months to make their deliveries! I emailed them to find that they forgot about the order –_-.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY anything form the website… Also DO NOT TRUST LIVINGSOCIAL, trust only the services provided not the products.
Wished I could write more… But then I would be raging.

I must say I was very disappointed to order, Via LivingSocial, some Apple? pod headphones from them expecting the 5 – 7 days delivery. Only to find that they really meant appx 1 month delivery.
Their customer service is just about non-​existent.
When they finally contacted me they told me that deliveries were sent out at the end of their offer period. Yet this was not made clear on their LivingSocial offer.
I will NEVER buy from them again.
I wish there was a minus 5 stars rating.
