I got into a car accident in June and suffered a broken wrist and severe whiplash. I was extremely nervous about going to physiotherapy but after my first visit at HealthWorks, everyone made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. My initial assessment was exceptionally thorough and detailed and my physiotherapist, Sanjeev, was extremely patient and made sure all my questions were answered.
Initially when I began physio, my wrist was still in a cast so Sanjeev made sure to work on my neck and shoulder as much as he could. Eventually when my cast came off, Sanjeev went above and beyond my expectations to make my wrist heal as quickly as possible, without pushing me out of my comfort zone.
It’s been almost 9 months and I can say that I am so happy with my results. I still have a long way to go and I don’t trust any other place but HealthWorks to help me on my path.
Booking appointments is so easy and what I love is that you get a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. I’m also a clean freak and I can say that the office and rooms where the work is done is extremely spacious and clean.
I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of going to physiotherapy or massage therapy. The entire staff is extremely professional and makes you feel like you’re a part of the team. Believe it or not, it’s a part of my week that I look forward to the most.
