Stay away from this company! Fred Carroll started our reno May 2013 and we are still in the process of fixing the mess he left us with. On our first floor he took down a wall and put in a beam that did not fit but we didnt find this out until we had a new contractor come in to fix the disaster he left us with. Our house could have fallen down. The workmanship was terrible with dry wall put on crooked, crown moulding that didnt fit, baseboards that looked worse when completed and paint jobs a 5 year old could do better. We now have a fireplace that is unusable and had to spen a lot more to rip out and re-​do the pitiful work he left us with.
Our bathroom is still not fixed as we had to spend extra money to fix our first floor and now we need to save to rip out and re-​so the bathroom that Fred and his terrible incompetent workers did. The walls were put up crooked, the door to the bathroom does not fit, the closet was made too small, the shower leaks, the plumbing was not put on correctly, the tiles are lifting, the paint job is awful, the baseboards are cracking and seperating, the grout is coming off of the sink area and he didn’t put down a drop sheet when he started the reno because he said it was jsut dry wall dust so at some paoint when we get his work re-​done we will have to take out our filthy, stained carpet. There is so much more but you get the idea. I would NEVER recommend this company and stay away from them at all costs unless you want your house ruined.
