Longo’s

I absolutely love this Longo’s location! Their produce is always fresh, and their hot table is always full of interesting and delicious food to take home when you just don’t feel like cooking. Their pizza is probably some of the best pizza in Vaughan, to be completely honest! I probably enjoy shopping at this Longo’s location because the Starbucks is located right at the entrance– just grab your latte and go!
The selection of fresh meat and fish is excellent– they are always stocked up (even until the end of the day).
I must also comment on their flower arrangements and assortments– I came here for Mother’s Day to buy flowers and they had some of the best selection of flowers (freshly cut, potted) and plants out of all the other grocery stores I’ve shopped at.
Prices are decent– they could offer more specials though and more overall selection of brands. I find their packaged goods to be about 10 – 20 cents more expensive for the same product than other grocery stores.
I will be back to shop here, definitely.

Fresh produce everywhere! If you think fruits and veggies taste bad then you probably don’t shop at Longo’s! They also have the best grocery store BBQ rotisserie chicken I have ever tried ($ 7.99 every Wednesday after 4pm). Its also great for last minute birthday cakes. You can ask them to write anything you want on it. Birthday candles are right next to the cakes. Friendly staff, Lots of parking spots.

I like this particular branch of Longo’s for a few reasons, which I will list below:
It is big and has ample parking — two levels
They sell loose leaf tea and whole coffee beans — the other locations I have been to don’t have the loose leaf section like this place.
Plus it is big — without feeling too big and what I mean by this is that it doesn’t feel like a warehouse.
I usually come here to pick up the little extra to make dinner extra special every now and then — the store pretty much carries what I need in terms of the luxury stuff — like the truffle oil for my mushroom soup.
