im half and half for this place.
1. its beautiful, very clean and the deserts are amazing
2. i had a facial done — for the first time. IT WAS AMAZZZING i loved every second of it and i would highly recommend it
my problem was my eyelash and brow tint.
1. the eyelash tint was TERRIBLE, you can barely tell and she did not keep it on long enough
2. im a blonde, she died my eyebrows so dark i was almost in tears… it was hardly shaped and i looked like i was bert from bert and erny. i immediately went to a different spa in Mississauga who fixed them
if you’re going for a massage /​facial /​mani pedi its amazing, but honestly other than that be careful.

When you first walk in you are in a blissful environment. The spa smells like a spa. The music is calming and the atmosphere is nice. I enjoyed the massage and pedicure I had done here. The staff is friendly although I really think they’re a little under-​staffed. There should always be someone working at the reception desk and guests should not have to wait 15 minutes to pay or book appointments. I prefer having a locker room with a robe and slippers provided and a shower. I would go back because I did enjoy my services there and I don’t need to shower immediately after my massage because I only live about 7 minutes away anyway. Other than the lack of staff and locker room it is a nice place to go relax. :)
