Marshalls

Marshalls reminds me of what Winners was like before they spun off HomeSense.
I find the products comparable between Winners and Mashalls… price points are the same as well.
This store does seem less busy than the Marshalls at Weston Rd/​Highway 7, but on my last trip in (while at another store nearby), I walked out empty handed.

I think this Marshall’s location deserves more credit.
The parking lot is a cinch; plenty of spaces to be found. Good lay out inside, organized and clean. It’s not madness like some other department stores I’ve visited. The employees are alright, not outstanding though. Regardless, I’ve received a solid answer for any questions I’ve had, no bitter taste on my tongue regarding customer service.
I do have to say that I especially like their change room hook system. I love that you can organize the things you’re trying on by «yes», «no» or «maybe». There’s also three other hooks for unsorted clothing, bags, jackets, etc. It’s great because nothing’s worse than sitting your belongings down on a dusty, cobwebby department store floor while you try on clothing. I’m not sure if all Marshall’s have these hooks but I’m stoked this one does. This system is especially helpful if you aren’t sure of your size and need multiples of the same items. You don’t get confused which one you’re purchasing and which one you’re leaving.
Each time I’ve visited this location I always end up leaving with something I like. They are deserving of 4 stars at minimum.

With such a huge storefront, I expect a lot more from this Marshall since it is also the newest in the area.
Selection here is minimum for everything. Usually I ended up buying something every time when I visit most of the other Marshalls’ locations, but not here.
Dedicated parking area far away from Walmart so it is easy to get a parking space.
I probably won’t be back to this Marshalls at all.
