Historique
Fondé en 2012.
Started by Dylan and Clara (formerly of Griffintown Café). Dylan’s love of BBQ began when he began making bacon and pulled pork at Griffintown Café. After a trip to the South of the US, Dylan and Clara decided to bring the delicious flavours of Texas-style BBQ to Montréal.

Pit master Dylan Kier is the current undefeated champion of BBQ in the province of Quebec. He’s also competed in many competitions in Ontario and the United States. He has been invited to the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational twice.
