Victoria, Canada
Best little liquor store on Vancouver Island. Great selection, friendly staff, and everything at government prices or less. Oh and they always have lots of cold beer, and they don’t charge you anything to chill it! They also have a wine.-tasting bar with up to 16 products open for tasting for free.
