Hopefully my experience is out of the ordinary. I agreed to a specific price, 18 dollars a shirt. There was never any changes/​additions to the work to be done, but I was told twice that I would have to pay more than previously agreed (only after the work was done), which was strange because the price was written down before the work was started. And again, there was never any extra work that would justify more money. After much stressful discussion, I paid the original price. The experience was pretty stressful. Hopefully I’m the only person who experiences this.

Nadia is so friendly and offered great advice on how I could alter my suit skirt. She also gave me a student discount when she found out I go to Waterloo. The service is super quick. I got my skirt shortened in 2 days. It was a very expensive skirt so I was skeptical to let anyone handle it but she did a superb job.
