The Whistler Interpretive Forest is about 11 Km south of Whistler Village. The parking lot is located just off the Sea-​to-​Sky Hwy (BC 99) at Function Junction.
There is a lot of excellent educational information. Interpretive signs detail the ecologically-​based management plans for the forest. A short circuit trail near the parking lot include interpretive signs along the trail — each detailing information on specific species of trees and other flora.
