Signed up for a 1 year contract, for medical reasons could only attend for three months but since I signed a one year contract I accepted my responsiblity. They continued to bill for almost a year afterwards (yes I know, dumb on my part) and then had to nerve to send me to collections for $ 200 + for outstanding charges… Pretty good business for them, supply three months of service and receive 20 months of payments when they knew the customer had not attended in MONTHS!
Avoid completely. They are not the only gym in town and yes, do check to see that contracts have been terminated as per initial agreements (with any company)
