Not a bad«go to» for just grabbing food to get home and lay on the couch. Campbell Pizza offers up the same standard pizza fare that is littered around town. You know what I’m talking about. The sketchy pizza places with questionable items on the menu like gyros and burgers. These kinds of places are everywhere and are typically pretty gross but always cheap. This place was actually not that bad. The rating comes courtesy of the fact that the food actually tasted pretty good and for very cheap prices. The pizza we ordered was an XL carryout special for $ 10. It was a pretty large pizza with 3 toppings, Bacon, Pepperoni, and Extra Cheese. I’ll admit, we were a bit surprised that it turned out so well. The slices weren’t overly thick and the cheese really oozes off each slice. The meats on the pizza were discernible from each other and really made the pizza that much more enjoyable. And because football deserves more than just pizza, we ordered up some wings as well. The wings were unspectacular and were more of a filler at that point. Thye weren’t as bad as the other places similiar to this one around town, as they were actual chicken wings from a real chicken. They were pretty big and the sauce we put on, hot and barbecue, were not overwhelming, which was good. They weren’t swimming in sauce but the skin still was soggy(and not just from the steam). Overall, the place isn’t bad, just A-OK. I would come by to grab some cheap pizza and wings here more often, and it’s not too far from school. It’s also not far from the gym, for those of you who just can’t help yourself(i.e. Me)
