If you haven’t had them before to put it in simplistic terms; they are a chickpea sandwich.
In more detailed terms; they are spicy chana between two pieces of fry bread and they are a very popular Trinidadian street food.
Caribbean Heat and Canadian does them very well and they are only $ 1.50 a piece.
