Kinda mixed reviews on this good Canadian company… they recently got sold to an American-based equity firm but hats off to the owner who wanted to ensure the jobs remained in their Windsor manufacturing plant. But their product itself is questionable: when Superstore and Walmart carry them, but not the high-end, specialized health stores, kinda makes you wonder. And only one of their products made the Top 100 in terms of absorption, so if you want to spend good $ only to see it not dissolve when you go do your #2, …just something to think about lol. It’s like anything in life, you want something good, then pay a bit or a lot more for it. I’m all for the latter ;) I’ve stopped using them years ago, just their Vitamin C tablets.

I’ve been using Jamieson Vitamins and supplements for years ’cause they’re cheap and they’re a Canadian brand = support for Canadian products, Some of the products that I buy lots of: Chewables = I wasn’t sure on these. I bought by accident but tried them any way. I was surprised by the taste they were much better than other chewables and only a like chalky. Very easy to take daily. Melatonin = They put me into a deep sleep and aren’t habit forming. Biotin = A lot cheaper than name brands and it makes my hair thick and strong. Vitamin C = This very good when don’t eat a lot of fruit and veggies, when have a cough and cold reach for these a lot. The one thing that inspired me to write this review is the slim down supplement bars that are low in calories(150g), 6g of fiber and 15g of protein for $ 2.30 which is a great cheap deal when I need something between classes or just as an in between tie in before meals.
