Historique

Fondé en 2015.

The term ‘Mare Nostrum’ is derived from the latin meaning «our sea» a term used by the Romans to reference the Mediterranean. A place where diversity is of plenty in cuisine, culture & people. The University of Windsor reflects that same diversity & when Mare Nostrum was established in 2015 we wanted to emulate that in our cuisine, our environment & the guests that walk through our doors. We are dedicated to providing quality food, service and atmosphere to all students, faculty and staff!
