Our team of professionals are all experienced and knowledgeable! We are eager to answer any of your questions and make sure you leave our spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Historique

Fondé en 2005.

We have been in operation since April of 2005. Kari May Olajos has been working at Refresh Day Spa and/​or managing since the first day of business. In 2012 she and her husband together took over the business as owners. Since that day it has been our number one goal to provide the best customer service and spa experience a client has ever experienced.

I went to school in 1995 and have been in the spa and salon business ever since. I have worked in 5 different spas but have been at Refresh almost 10 years. I was working at Refresh as a manager when I had my daughter. Being off on maternity leave gave me a lot of time to think about the future and what I wanted in life. Becoming a mom filled me with a love I had never experienced and my time away had to be for my own business. I returned to Refresh on a mission to make my time away from Kaitlin worth it. My husband and I took over as owners 8 months later.

My experience has taught me that the most important part of my business is customer service and making sure our customers are happy. However if you don’t love what you do you will never succeed to your fullest potential. So my goal is to keep the clients happy but also, the staff. Coming from being the employee I have been in their shoes and realize no customer will be happy if the therapist isn’t.
