they are NEVER open. trying to use a GC for months now…

DISASTER!!! They say are open… NO WAY!!! They are not. They dont have business hours. They hung up on me. Went MANY TIMES during the day and they were closed. Asked neighbours around, and nobody knows whats going on. My friend got an expensive watch there that I have to exchange and I cant. I will keep trying till to catch them… if not, they will hear from me.
