Kyu Bistro derived from Kyushu is where the Authentic Hakata Tonkotsu pork bone soup, ramen was born we use these root to influence our Ramen, forming unique appetizer dishes and blending a new modern twist to the old traditional dishes. We embark on our journey of the old Japanese culture interpreting it in our own way creating delicious cuisines for your pallet
