Cindy is that friend, the one that when you see their studio, you go.

WOW ! You have enough stuff here to open your own store.

Always a creative — «crafts» person. An independent spirit.

A little bit of a gypsy soul.

A little bit country, a little bit rock & roll.

After many years at Canwest Global in the Bussiness Services sector, and then a few more at the Manitoba Museum as an event coordinator, she finally turned her part time hobby (jewelry making) into a full time job.

You may have seen her at the one of the many craft shows, or farmers markets.

But she had really always wanted her own store.

Armed with her experience, and an educational background from RRCC, including, Business Admin, Human Resources, and Events Management.

A ton of research and inspiration from visiting other similar stores across the continent. She was feeling prepared.

So when the owners of Poco Beads were ready for the next chapter in their own lives, it seemed like all the stars were aligned.
