Sip is a local independent café established in 2012. The café focuses on homemade baked goods, italian style coffees, homemade gelato, and over 100 type of teas available both by the cup and in bulk. The café features a sidewalk patio during the summer months and a cozy interior seating area all year round.

This place has more tea types than anywhere else I have ever been! The yarmouth blend is great.

This place is a godsend. Seriously. I had heard a lot about it since moving away so I stopped by while visiting family this week. It was simple phenomenal. Not nessiccarialy in comparison to all other cafes in the world but it kicks the crap out of any place on the south shore for more then your cup of «timmies».
Great flavor to the coffee, the beans made a really smooth espresso and I was quite frankly floored by the barista. I honestly had expected the worst though so my perception is a bit skewed.
I had just a backside latte and I dare say it stacked up to most coffee houses. On top of that the cheesecake was so good, not overly sweet or rich.
Only complaint, no metal utensils which caused some fighting with the gram cracker base.
Overall a real gem.

I was on business in Yarmouth and couldn’t just leave without visiting a local coffee shop.
I’m really surprised that small town like this has so much selection of teas. I couldn’t even count how many types they had on the wall. That’s not the point cause I was there to try some coffee. Decided to experiment with «the dirty hippie» as they call it. That was an interesting drink! It feels like a latte and it’s got this nice foam on top with a leaf art and everything, but it also has this unique taste.
Sadly I won’t be going back anytime soon to try other drinks on the menu, but for anyone travelling that way you might want to check it out.
One thing that bothered me is what coffee did they actually use. Many places have their own blend but they weren’t selling any. Anyways…
5 stars for my drink, 5 for overall variety and 3,5 for interior

Herbalists, espresso lovers, & activists. this is a marvelous place to start your day. I appreciated the breastfeeding friendly signs and colorful décor. Herbal teas are offered with lengthy and thoughtful descriptions. The dirty hippie (chai latte with expresso shots) is the best I have ever had.

Great hot beverage’s, it’s gonna cost you more than. Tim Horton’s but its worth it. Turtle mocha is a must try. They also have fresh baked goods and gelato that is great!
