I recommend the shish kebab! Very juicy and prepared on fire with homemade pita salads and fried onions. Not terribly expensive. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The interior could be more cozy, though.

We had a great dinner here! The food is Middle Eastern: lots of salads, hummus, dolma, etc. — though there seem to be other things(like chili con carne) too. We each had the pick-3-salads special, which was probably the most affordable meal the two of us could have had in the area(excepting McDonald’s, I assume). We happily ate our salads outside, watching the passersby — and proceeded on our way. However, we didn’t make it far: the owner chased us several blocks down the street! It turns out that our plate came with bread that he had forgotten to give us, and he went very far out of his way(we were indoors, at a fro-yo place!) to make amends. He was very sweet, urging us to return so he could prepare the rest of the meal for us, and we did. For the record, it tasted more like falafel than bread, which I was quite happy with. We admired his honesty and his passion for his business. So, not only is the food here good and the prices very good for Copenhagen, but the owner is worth supporting.
