We arrived without a reservation at prime dinner hour. I wondered for a minute if they were going to be able to take us as the dining room looked to be filled to gills. But magically they found us a table towards the back of the restaurant. It practically took a can opener to fit my fat ass into my seat and once seated there would be no getting up. Locked into my chair and armed with a menu, we were now able to focus on what’s important. Ordering the highest calorie dish to make my ASS even bigger. The ribeye steak and fries looked to be the strongest candidate to help add a few inches to my ever expanding derrière. When ordering my steak I was slightly bummed out when not asked how I would liked it cooked. So when it arrived it was bordering on medium well which is a little overcooked for my personal taste. But I must admit, it still had plenty of flavor and once I got into my meal I thoroughly enjoyed eating it. Overall I did really like the restaurant. The service was attentive and the cocktails were delicious. The wine list had plenty of French and Italian selections and many at lower to moderate prices.
