Moller has all the indicators of a ‘hot and new’ restaurant– bustling room full of regulars, branded in every way, and a picture perfect table full of herb sprinkled plates. We had two hot drinks, two cold, and about 6 or 7 plates. Really wanted to like it but don’t let the hype fool you, forgettable and harsh flavors.

I went here on a weekday around 10 so there was no problem getting a table however I have walked by on weekends and there were people waiting outside. I really liked the menu because you ticked off the things you wanted and handed in to the bar. We got all our food really soon after we had ordered and it all tastes really good especially loved their homemade butter and their waffles with cream. The prices were the usual Copenhagen prices so quite high but not ridiculous.

The service is awful just by that I know I will never come again they don’t take reservations which is already a bad idea for a brunch place then I come I get on their list they said it will take 30 min and it took 70 min of waiting. Nothing is worth waiting this long. The food was good in general but still the service quite bad. We didn’t get the correct cutlery and no one came and checked it. My scrambled eggs were great, the avocado was hard as a rock almost impossible to eat, my friends tried the hard boiled egg it was soft boiled and served in a very unpractical way for a soft egg, the bread was nice and the mermelade, the bacon was a little too salty, the fried egg was nice, the ham and cheese were both ok. All in all the place is nicely decorated though their couch tables make it quite hard to eat, the coffee is very nice, very bad for large parties of people best for couples, it is child friendly they have high chairs and the ambiance was ok not too noisy. However all in all I will not come back the waiting time and bad service is definitely not worth the food they serve.

Went to Møller Kaffe around 10:30 on a Saturday. My party of two had to wait about 20 minutes for a table, and we ordered some warm drinks and hung out in their waiting area until the table was available. Møller does their ordering system uniquely. Each menu(they have English and Danish menus) is simply a piece of paper, and the customers write their table number and the number of each dish they want. After all has been decided, you bring the menu up to the bar, and the food is out in about 10 minutes. While this seems to be more efficient than the traditional system, we are quite sure they gave us one incorrect item, which was a boiled egg instead of a fried one – both were good, though. Plates are quite well composed, and are much smaller than what a typical American dish might be, which is consistent with much of the restaurants here. Of everything we ordered, we enjoyed it all.

The final piece of the ampersand-build-your-own-brunch trifecta turned out to be the one located closest to me. I think this place is decorated the best out of them; not as industrial as Wulff & Konstali but a little cozier than Mad & Kaffe. But you would be forgiven for glossing over the interior design because it is packed with bodies! At least it was on Sunday at 11am. So I highly recommend that you come earlier or on a weekday. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our table, which isn’t bad, but there were people coming in and out of the café constantly and the noise level was way up there. One thing that Møller has that the other two don’t is the grilled corn. It was delicious! I could have eaten a whole plate of just that. It has that great grill taste and the tarragon butter that accompanies the dish was so good that I ended up just spreading it on my bread. Speaking of bread, I got the sourdough and it was excellent, though the crust was a bit too tough to cut with the provided knife. The whipped butter was also nice. As Eva K. mentioned, the bacon is so tasty but extremely greasy. Take some extra napkins to squeeze that out. And of course I had to get the fried egg; it came with nasturtium leaves and lovage(i think) and was fried a little too hard so the yolk was mostly solid. I prefer a runny yolk but it was seasoned so nicely that I didn’t even miss the ketchup. And I love ketchup on my eggs! Oh and the egg came in a shallow, wide bowl so it was easy to eat. TL; DR: Kaffe & Køkken: grilled corn! great bread! nice plating. but greasy bacon and no reservations. Wulff & Konstali: the salmon and beetroot! the pastries! but stingy with bread and no reservations. Mad & Kaffe: so much bacon! two fried eggs! takes reservations! Pricewise they are all about the same but at this place you pay different prices for each plate; which makes sense since they all cost different amounts to acquire and prepare. Even though it is really noisy and you can’t reserve a table, I really like Møller’s food and would like to come back again.

Three or four stars? It’s a tough question when it comes to this place but I end up giving it four stars instead. Why did I even consider three? — It’s a trendy place so there were lots and lots of people there when we tried our brunch there on a Sunday morning. Although we didn’t have to wait long for our table, online table booking would have been more convenient. Seriously, what’s up with these brunch places — you can be strict and say you would hold table for 15 minutes only and I am sure people would appreciate that. — Noise level was absolutely bad, see #1. It’s a big open place inside and since there were lots of people and they were all talking, we could hardly have a conversation inside, let alone hygge, but fortunately the food was good enough of a distraction — Super greasy bacon. Seriously, if you claim to be a brunch place, do your bacon right. I like the smokey flavour but the shit was literally dripping with oil. Kinda disgusting to pick up from the plate and now for the positive sides: I love that there are more and more brunch places with this concept where you mix and match your own stuff. All the stuff they had in their menu(would like to try the asparagus but they didn’t have that!) sounded so scrumptious that we felt like we had to try it all and we did(almost all). My personal favourites would be the soft-boiled egg and the waffle, although Mina K also swore by the sunny side up egg(spejlæg). The item that I was looking forward the most(avocado) turned out to be a big disappointment. More flavour please. Although there were so many people on that day, the service was very prompt and efficient, we got our table relatively fast considering that there were 6 names ahead of us and the food came quick too. My cortado was delicious although it was somewhat weak. All in all, service was quick and painless. I might want to try this place again on a not weekend morning, or maybe later in the afternoon when there’s more relaxed atmosphere around this place. Sunday morning brunch gave us bad vibes since they were a lot of people waiting to get their brunch and the stressed out waiters and waitresses didn’t help. Four for now and I really hate to degrade my review. I hope it never will come to that.

Visited this place yesterday and I already can’t wait to go back! I loved the small dish style since it allowed you to try many things. Everything we tried was very tasty! We did find the prices to be a bit high for some of the items.

This place is becoming one of my favorites in Copenhagen. One advantage is the place is located just around the corner from me, but the other thing is the concept at the café. The concept is that you recieve the menu, which is a piece of paper listing all the things the place have to offer, and a pencil. You do not order to the waiter, but fill out the paper sheet by crossing off on the menu what you and your table desire, so in summary you actually design your own menu. The place offers a lot of different things, but mostly the place is for breakfast/brunch and maybe lunch. They offer different style eggs, sausages, youghurt, müsli, fruit etc., and each little dish cost between 20 – 50 kr. The food is served in these little ceramic, stylish plates. I would recommend their poached egg, the avocado, grape fruit and their delicious coffee. I am very found of the place and it is worth a visit. One advice is to come early during the weekend, or make reservations, because the place is packed.

We ended up here after some serious Unilocaling on our first day in Copenhagen. I knew that I wanted a serious brunch-style kind of breakfast, and this place seemed perfect! It wasn’t too crowded as it was a tuesday early afternoon, but it was still kinda loud inside. Bad accoustic. Would’ve prefered sitting outside if it wasn’t so windy. You order your food by crossing off on a little menu card before you deliver it at the bar. They have loads of good stuff to choose from, both sweet and savoury. I ordered sausage, fried egg, avocado and rye bread acompanied by an iced coffee and elderflower cordial. I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though the sausage could’ve been cooked a little longer… The drinks and food was delivered very quickly. The only negative thing about this place is that’s a little bit pricey. The food is good, but it kinda feels like I could’ve gotten a dinner and a beer for the same price.

Great place with great food. We came here for lunch and ordered a few dishes and a mix of bread. No-nonsense, fresh food that makes you happy. The home made chicken nuggets with green mayo(it tastes like aioli but the Nordic version) are amazing! The avocado and the egg with herbs were very good too. Would highly recommend this place if you can take a bit of a hipster vibe. Besides the chicken nuggets try the ginger-honey-lemon shot if you like ginger!
