Creps Barcelona

Fuimos este sábado a comer un crep dulce.
El crep que elegimos fue de chocolate blanco. El chocolate estaba buenísimo! Es de esos lugares a los que voy cuando tengo un antojo de dulce o un día tienes poca hambre, estás cerca y te pides para comer algo rápido que no sea lo de siempre, bocadillo, hamburguesa.
No he probado aún los creps salados, volveré para probarlos y entonces acutalizaré mi reseña, a ver si así llego a darle las 4 estrellas!

This place cured my crêpe craving. The waitress, was super sweet, especially while I don’t speak Spanish, I still felt comfortable and welcomed.
Super cute restaurant, with about 5 or 6 tables.
I ordered a simple cheese crêpe topped with arugala. I got a mint tea, which wasn’t the tea I ordered, but that was neither here nor there for me. Still good :)
Crêpe, is a great size, perfect texture and thinness. Just wonderful, and a nice experience overall. I may go back once more, before leaving back to the States.

French style crepes in Barcelona? This is the place. It even looks like it wouldn’t be out of place in Le Marais. The large windows give you a great place for people watching and the service is quick and efficient. We both went for sweet crepes, I had the chocolate and hazelnut crêpe and my co-​Bruncher had a banana and cream crêpe. Both were delicious and rather large for the price.
The staff were also in no hurry to rush you out when you were finished. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to wait out the rain when it’s gray out. Enjoyed perfectly pulled espressos, with a salmon & cream cheese crêpe. There might have been to much of a heavy hand with the application of the cream cheese, or maybe just my preference for less. but definitely not a big deal I just scraped off the unwanted excess.

Una buena opción para tomar creps si estás por la zona de Via Laietana/​La catedral.
Gran variedad de creps, tanto dulces como salados. Precios correctos dado su tamaño (muy grandes! entre 5 € y 8 €).
El local es pequeñito, unas 8 – 10 mesas y una pequeña barra. La atención de las camareras es excelente.
2 cafés con leche y 2 creps se van a los 16 € o así.

My wife and I had brunch here to start our day. The atmosphere is very pleasant with a French feel. Large windows afford the opportunity to people watch on Via Laietana and the Palau de Musica is steps away.
The crepes were some of the best I’ve ever had and the staff were very friendly. The service is quick and the price is great for what you get. We had the Nutella crêpe and huevos y chorizo. Both were extremely tasty. Bathrooms are well taken care of. If you are looking for a delightful place to have crepes all day this is the place to go!

The crepes where good we had the Nutella and dulce de leche both really good, easy to get to and we got a table pretty quickly. Recommend if you are in the area.

this place is a gem! Hard working owner making everything solo by hand. Delicious crepes. Between our family tried both savory and sweet! Truly an art form to what she does. Very fresh ingredients, saw them being delivered while we were there! Fantastic coffee! Can’t say enough good things!

Me gusta este lugar porque el sabor me recuerda el tiempo que estuve viviendo en Bretaña, pues hacen los creps al estilo bretón, o galettes!
El lugar es muy pequeñito, deben caber unas 20 personas, y como en muchos de los restaurantes franceses, las mesas están pegaditas, así que si el lugar se llena la conversación no es muy privada, pero no se llena hasta los topes todos los días, así que se puede comer tranquilito. A mediodía hacen un menú que incluye una ensalada, una galette y una bebida a buen precio.
Como me queda cerca de casa y del trabajo, hay días que es la solución ideal a mis pocas ganas de cocinar. Además hay días que tengo antojo de las galettes, con su punta crujientita y bien rellenas! Las crepes de postres también están muy ricas, y le ponen muchísimo relleno, cosa que me encanta!

¡Ya hace 3 años que vivo en Barcelona y hasta este año no había podido probar este sitio! He ido dos veces, una para hacer el postre y otra para comer. Las creps son grandes (teniendo en cuenta que soy una persona que se llena rápidamente) y están muy buenas. El sitio es pequeño, así que si quieres ir a comer tienes que tener en cuenta la hora e ir con un poco de antelación para no quedarse sin sitio (lo digo por experiencia, ya que una vez intenté ir y estaba todo lleno). Si eres de estomago pequeño como yo y quieres ir a merendar ahí, recomiendo que compartas la crep. Servicio simpático y rápido. Sitio totalmente recomendado.

I love that it’s close from the tourist area, especially that I have a sweet tooth and always in need for a sugar boost. I had chocolate and almond crêpe and it was really rich and heavy. Great service.

Había probado ya antes los creps de Creps de Barcelona en la calle Verdi, así que ya sabía a lo que iba.
Me gustó que al ser mediodía tenían un menú bastante apañado: una ensalada (la del día), un crep a elegir de la carta y bebida por 9,50 €. Con café, fue un euro más.
Me gusta la variedad de creps que hay en la carta entre dulces y salados, y que sirven bastante rápido.
El local es muy acogedor con una gran cristalera que da a Via Laietana y la camarera fue de lo más amable.

We went to Artisa café the day before an had crepes there but this place is much better! It’s more expensive but worth it.

Bueno, el sabado me salio una creperia en google, era esta, hoy e ido; esta a sido mi esperiencia.
Entro y le pido un crep de chocolate blanco y platano para llevar (hasta entonces todo bien), pero cuando se pone ha hacer la crep, la chica que la hace digamos que no se desenvuelve muy bien con los fogones, es que eh visto hacer creps mejores vamos.
y cuando me la da, me la da con un cono mas raro que le digo literalmente «Una nueva forma de comerse un crep, que guay (SONRISA FALSA)» Bueno al menos la crep sabia regular.

I ordered the Salmon and Cream Cheese crêpe… I loved it! There was no customers inside when we showed up, but by the time we left it was busy. We also got the nutella and strawberries crêpe as well as the chocolate and ice cream crêpe. We left stuffed. We all were in a food couma. For 4 people and 6 crepes about 45euros… It was so worth it and I wanna go back before I leave. The ladies were nice and the place was clean. Go… you won’t be dissapointed.

Visited here in March 2010. I was in Barcelona for 6 – 7 days and came here two or three times after the first taste. It’s a perfectly-​situated snack spot since you can visit it on the way out or on the way back to your ho (s)tel. The crêpe dough was crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. All fruit and chocolate tasted very fresh. Overall a very tasty crêpe that’s not too sweet and certainly not bland at all with a large menu to choose from. Friendly staff too.

Crepes perfection. Although it has become a chain, the one on Via Laietana has the best crepes made with the freshest ingredients and the finest touch (the crepemaker is obsessed with quality and the diner’s happiness).
I can not speak for the other locations.
The savory crepes are made with a unique (different but good) tasting flour, my favourites being tomato+manchego cheese+olive tapenade and the red pepper+ asparagus. And the list goes on!
The sweet crepes are made with the traditional flour that we all know and love! Too many to choose from, the strawberry+chocolate+port is perfect for sharing!
Really romantic at night and perfect for a post-​Palau dinner. Lunch menus are great offering a scrumptious salad, a savory or sweet crêpe of your choice, and a drink. for under 11euros.
The staff are sweet and funny and the ambiance is chill and a nice escape from the bustle of the city center.

This is a great place. It is ½ block away from the Palau Nacional de Musica. Perfect location for a meal before any peformance there.
You want crepes, this is a great place with a huge menu and reasonable prices.
The crepes are delicious, just take a look at this one.
The chorizo and huevo crêpe was even better.
They have four restaurant locations around Barcelona and two Creperie locations (including one in the La Bouqueria Mercado right off La Rambla).

Stepping inside I was initially worried by the smell in the restaraunt. No, it didn’t smell bad — quite the contrary. It smelled fresh and clean — like the living room of a new home. More to the point, it didn’t smell like food, much less delicious crepes.
Fortunately the crepes were quite tasty. The lady had some sort of vegetable crêpe that was essentially a crêpe with a nice vegetable stew spooned inside. Mine was less exciting but likewise flavorful — egg and chorizo.
A nice stop while wandering down Leitana to be sure.

Un sitio ideal para cenar una buena crep o para comer alguna acompañada de un buena café a media tarde. El lugar, todo y lo transitada que está la calle, es muy acogedor. Suelo de madera, paredes de blanco antiguo y luz tenue.

Les crêpes sont vraiment bonnes, il y a du choix, bon maintenant le prix n’est pas trop économique, mais tant-​pis. lol

We stopped in for a quick bite en route to sightseeing and thought the crepes were delicious. I had a tomato and spinach crêpe — and was pleasantly surprised to taste really whole juicy tomato slices and a slightly crispy/​chewy crêpe which is exactly the way I like it. My friend had a tomato and emmenthal crêpe and also enjoyed hers. It’s a cute place too, and supposedly it’s been around since 1999! I’d come back again.

Relativamente cerca del centro, cuando después de una tarde de compras por allí cerca necesito merendar, me dirijo lo más rápido posible a esta crepería. Claro, luego llega el verano y te arrepientes de tanta gula rellena de chocolate y nata, pero la verdad es que cuando me da por algo, no paro.
Es un sitio acogedor en el que tomar un café mientras degustas cualquier tipo de variante, ya sean dulces o saladas. Mi favorita: Jamón y queso.

Antes del sushi, fueron las creps.
Entonces se escribía crêpes y era muy moderno y muy molón. Luego, como todo, se masifica, se pierde el toque, aparecen decenas de locales del estilo, que hacen creps recauchutadas o requemadas, o con chocolate pésimo, o con malos productos.
Afortunadamente, uno siempre puede encontrar sitios donde le sirvan, tal ve no la mejor crep que jamás provó, pero sí un bocado decente.

Dura jornada de trabajo. Te apetece darte un capricho y te apetece una crep. Pues porqué no ir a Crep Barcelona? Un acogedor local situado en Via Laietana.
A diferencia del que está situado en calle Verdi, este te da la posibilidad de comer algo que no sea creps, como las ensaladas.
Está abierto desde la mañana en el que puedes disfrutar de un buen desayuno antes de entrar a trabajar o hasta pasada la media noche, por si te apetece probar alguna de sus especialidades como el Daiquiri o la Margarita

What a combo! Awesome cocktails, (one of the Bartender guys did a mixocologist stint at the Lab bar in Soho) and scrummy crepes. Packed every night I’ve been in there, this little bar rocks. Nuff said.
The menu is err. wellCrepes and Cocktails (yah really). For 4.50 euros a crêpe its great value and with most cocktails going for roughly 6.50 euros everyones a winner.
On the cocktail side of things you have three laid back and rather witty bartenders, one Brazilian, one Mexican and a spanish dude, and on the crêpe side of things there is a charming French women. The simple cocktail menu caters most tastes, but these boys are happy to go off piste and make something special for you if you wish! Bar the french lady, all are full of chat and up for a laugh when they are not crazy busy. With Crêpe lady its a case of I’m here to servenose to the grind all night, armed with only her hanky to wipe her moist brow and a pint of water to quench her thirst, she lovingly produces simple but delicious sweet and savory snacks for a hungry mixed crowd in this bijou but charming bar. The first time I went I was quite literally mesmerized for most of the evening watching crêpe lady do her thing (maybe the effect of one too many darn good cocktails), but the girl has technique!
For me its ham & cheese crêpe all the way but the nutella crêpe is also a bit saucy.
This place pulls in a good crowd which makes the atosphere fun but with a relaxed vibe. Like I said this bar is small and most of the space is standing room only (with a ledge to put your drink on and a few scattered bar stools) but heyThe El Borne district of Barcelona is known for its cool unpretentious style and laid back feel. Round here they don’t try to hard, because they don’t have to!

A welcome place to find with a fussy 6 year old in tow, we nearly ended up in McD’s. A lucky find, I would give it 5 stars, but they allow smoking in this tiny place of less that 30 seats. My Egg & Salami Crêpe was the best and my Dark Chocolate one was out of this world.
