This place was a surprise. It’s a quaint Italian eatery just off on a side street and doesn’t look like much. The inside is nice enough, and we were greeted by the owner (who spoke excellent English), and in the end had a delightful experience.
Great wine (recommended by the owner, and reasonably priced), a delicious appetizer of fried cheese & ham I wish I could remember the name of, and a pretty good gnocchi dish. The tiramisu was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Totally recommend you check it out if you’re in the area.

This is a quaint little place, great feel & delicious food. The staff were also very friendly & made us feel welcome. Kids loved it too. Highly recommended! Bonus — open Sunday night when many other places weren’t.

This restaurant has great ambience. Its just off the poublenou on the side street. We went on Wednesday night and they did not have any available tables. The young man that greeted us was very nice and said that it should only take 10 minutes or so. He made sure we had beer and olives at the bar while we waited. Our table was ready quickly. They have a buy one get one pizza deal on Wednesdays. What a great deal considering food prices in Europe can be so expensive. They even let you get the calzone in the buy one get one. I believe Tuesdays is buy one pasta dish get one free. Both the traditional calzone and the buffalina pizza we ordered were delicious and were a large quantity. The young man also waited on us and had great service and spoke good English. I would definitely come back to this place next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been here a couple of time when staying at the 4 points. They are always friendly and attentive. I have had a margarita pizza there both times, and it had been delicious both times. Companions with me have had pasta and complimented their dishes. Definitely worth the short walk.

El menjar que ens han portat estava bo, però hi ha hagut molts errors. S’han equivocat amb les comandes i han trigat molta estona entre el primer i el segon. Pràcticament dues hores entre que hem entrat al restaurant i acabar la pizza. També han trigat molt a demanar quin postre volíem.
No puc recomanar aquest restaurant tot i que el menjar està bé, perquè hi havia molt poca gent però han actuat com si estiguéssin col·lapsats. Molt mala organització.

We are Italian, and we tried this place recently for the first time. We WILL most likely be back.
The place looks a bit sad and we were the only customers, but on the other hand it was Sunday at 8PM, quite early for local standards, on a slow day. The menu has a number of mispelled Italian words, which usually does not bode well if you are looking for ‘real’ Italian food. OK, enough of negatives now…
Service was fast and corteous, and the waiter was Italian, which for us was a plus. The pizza was all right, not memorable, but definitely as good as many we have had in Italy. Thin crust, good cheese and good tomato. My ‘capricciosa’ was generously covered with stuff. They cook the pizzas in a wood-​burning brick oven, that is, the way it should be done. Prices are a bit below the average for Barcelona. We spent 24 euros for two pizzas, a beer and another soft drink.
The place is located next to the Rambla del Poble Nou, a very nice and lively street where you can take a stroll after you had your pizza (it looks like the main ‘Rambla’ of Barcelona, but without the chaos and the cheesy sellers or useless touristy crap). It is also close to some of the best beaches in Barcelona city, so you can go after a day in the sun. Like I said, nothing memorable, but it’s perfectly all right if you want ‘real’ Italian pizza and we think we will be back.

i checked this place out with some local friends (some catalan friends and a native italian). They said that this is the best pizza in town because most ingredients were fresh from Italy. I must say that if they were overstating this, i couldn’t tell, because the pizzas were that DAMN good. this is the real thing. just delicious.
The owner … Bruno?!? Was just super friendly.
We had the pizzas then for desert we had the tiramisu and the mascarpone con nutella. To die for!
And to top it off… the owner gave us all a shot of lemoncello.
If you are ever around the area. you should check it out!

Horno de leña con forma de cúpula. Propietario de bigotes kilométricos, personaje donde los haya, se para a hablar con cada uno de los clientes atento a los gustos y las necesidades. Quizá peque de «graciosillo» pero qué se le va a hacer.
La masa de la pizza es perfecta; crujiente y fina. La cantidad de ingredientes es más bien justita… aunque cumple su cometido de diferenciar sabores y texturas. Probé una pizza Barcelona por aquello de estar en una pizzería sacada de cualquier calle de Italia y colocada en mitad Barna. No me defraudó como tampoco lo hizo la Panna Cota.
El color rojo intenso de sus manteles, la pared y el suelo proporcionan un ambiente que se me antojó al de un bar de barrio dedicado al toreo, vete tú a saber por qué, pero así fue.
Me sorprendió que las servilletas fuesen de papel.

Pizzeria de precios muy cuidados en Pallars entre La Rambla y Marià Aguiló, de caràcter italiano bastante marcado, de hecho es habitual que sea la lengua mayoritaria entre el personal.
Muy poca alternativa a la pizza para mi gusto, puesto que además de la pizza adoro probar platos de otro tipo preparados por oriundos que saben lo que se traen entre manos.
Los ingredientes los encargan a la gente del Melocomo, tienda de delicatessen italianas de la zona, donde según me cuentan su propietario acude semanalmente a su patria a buscar productos frescos. Se non è vero, è ben trovato.

Estábamos cerca de la Rambla del Poblenou luego de una inauguración en la galería The Private Space y teníamos hambre. Como mis amigos son italianos fuimos para esta pizzería «típica italiana, es como la de mi pueblo», aseguraba uno por ahí.
Yo había llegado antes porque andaba en moto, así que al entrar pedí mesa para cuatro y sin vacilar el camarero me dijo: «una caña no?» y partió a la barra. Yo en verdad prefería clara pero como no me dio tiempo, terminé dándole a la cerveza. Tampoco pasa nada por eso.
Luego cuando todos estábamos sentados se acercó otro camarero italianísimo hablando todo el tiempo en su lengua madre con un marcado acento napolitano. Yo entendíà la mitad de lo que decía pero se notaba que iba de buen rollo.
Las pizzas estaban muy ricas en serio. Yo me comí una Hawaiana, esa que trae piña y jamón. Qué tan rica? digamos que no me iría desde mi casa en Poblesec específicamente para comer allí, pero si ando por Poblenou sí queme daría el trabajo.
Cuando nos íbamos el dueño que andaba por ahí nos regaló un pan artesanal a cada uno, que le había sobrado de la jornada.
Un lugar que volveré a visitar.

Hay sitios a los que uno desea de verdad que les vaya bien, aunque a veces dé la impresión de que su personal no esfuerza bastante en conseguirlo.
Cuando abrieron esta pizzería en la calle Pallars, se manifestó de pronto como la solución ideal para esas noches «en-​que-​no-​tienes-​ni-​ganas-​de-​cocinar-​y-​te-​pedirías-​una-​pizza». Pero la solución pronto dejó de ser efectiva. llegué a ir tres veces. Al principio todo bien: el local es acogedor, el personal es majo y las pizzas estaban buenas. Pero con el paso del tiempo la calidad de la comida fue decayendo. La última pizza que me llevé a casa apenas incorporaba unas pocas moléculas de algún ingrediente que no fuera masa de pizza y salsa de tomate. Veredicto: de momento, no volver.
Puede que sólo tuvieran un día poco inspirado; pero les conviene ponerse las pilas, sobretodo ahora que el barrio se está llenando de alternativas pizzeras. Espero por su bien que lo consigan y que les salga todo redondo. Aunque sólo sea para no tener que irme más lejos a buscar una pizza.
