My family and I had just arrived in Madrid and we were desperate for something the whole family would like. After being seated, we noticed that the restaurant was extremely hot and it was almost unbearable. After being seated for about 10 mins a waiter finally came to the table. We ordered drinks, and only a few of the drinks came to the table. We had to wait forever to get water and a milkshake but the soda came to the table promptly which was weird. We ordered the combo platter as an appetizer and the cheese dip was disgusting, and the chips and onion rings tasted like they came from a frozen bag. Also, the cheese on the mini quesadillas was not even melted.
My wife ordered a Cesar salad and the dressing was too creamy and had no flavor whatsoever. It seemed almost like mayo.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which seemed delicious in the picture they had on the menu. The burger looked and tasted frozen. It was subpar.
Will not return.
The service is terrible, the food is almost below average. Go to a Spanish restaurant!

My best friend and I were desperate to find somewhere to eat since the place we wanted to go to we couldn’t find due to being lost. We were both getting a little bitchy and just wanted something, anything. This place is a chain and the food reminds me of Boston Pizza… just lower quality.
There were 6 people waiting in que to get a table. Two wait staff doing nothing and the other stocking soda pops until she finished (a whole 15 minutes) before she felt that she was ready to seat us.
She didn’t come by to take our order for a good 20 minutes and then when the meals came out she forgot my friend’s meal.
The nacho cheese was horrible like cheap cheese wiz.
We spoke to the staff in Spanish and even wrote down our order in Spanish, therefore, there was no reason for the mess up.
We’ve been to many eateries that are slow and chill but this was just completely disorganized.
When we paid the bill we had to negotiate to get our change back. We weren’t going to leave a $ 5 tip for something that was $ 10…sorry not happening and not deserved. We are entitled by law to get our change back.

Si hay algo por lo que yo vuelvo a Vips es por sus desayunos (aunque algunos tristemente se hayan quedado por el camino RIP) y muy de vez en cuando una meriendilla igual cae también.
Mi básico el mollete con tomate y jamón, soy incapaz de cambiarlo, aunque hace unos meses le fui infiel… con un desayuno inglés!
