Girl On The Go

After going for a 60 minute «deep cleansing» facial at Runi, I left feeling underwhelmed, unsatisfied, and knowing I wouldn’t return.
The woman who takes appointments over the phone was not helpful or friendly, which was an initial turn-​off. When I arrived there, it seemed nice. The location itself is fine. However the staff is not great, and the service is mediocre. The woman who did the facial seemed rushed and disinterested, and tried to sell me products in the middle of the «relaxing» facial. She also only spent about 5 minutes doing extractions, before saying «Well, I did the best I could.» When I got home, I could still see a lot of very obviously clogged pores, so it was not worth the money to me. I also felt like the moisturizer and perhaps other products they used were not of high quality; they had an unusual smell.
Overall, the service was poor, and at too many points the staff tried to sell me something I didn’t want, during a supposedly «relaxing» facial.

Really not good experience, would never go again. They were more than rude when i was 7 minutes late. Then they did not fulfill the stipulations in the groupon which i paid for. Then the girl doing my facial belittled me and embarrassed me about the skin practices i told her i used. As well S the place is generally classless and tacky for the money. Uncool.
