Service sucks here. Unless you desperate I would shop at another store. Waited on someone to sell me something for 15 minutes and it was not during the holiday season.

For a small time town and mini Best Buy, I’d say the service was great; upon entering I was greeted by a friendly smile. I was looking for a modem and asked for help, the product rep was with another customer but he sent someone in quickly to help me decide on a modem. He was outgoing, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to do an exchange with no receipt and what could have gone bad actually worked out in my favor once a manager was involved. The entire process was seamless and without issue. When I went to leave I was thanked and was asked if I found what I needed. Also a tip**they do match Amazon (as well as other retailers) if the price is new, prime and in stock.

I’ve had hit or miss experiences with this location. I’m not sure if the young lady that was the store manager in late 2014 still is over this store, but if you can manage to get first hand customer service though her, then you probably won’t be satisfied, she is great, the rest of the staff is another story. Most walk by without a glance, or act as if you’re a burden to them, if you ask them for any assistance, although the young man that was an advisor in the gaming section was a great help, when I bought my Xbox One last November. The store is small, which I guess is no one’s fault, just seems to make for limited stock, and it seems that what the store says is in stock online actually isn’t, and vice versa. Had plans to come up to do some shopping yesterday in town with my fiancée (live a half hour from Aberdeen) and those plans fell through, and I had planned to stop in and pick up an Xbox game that was on sale this week, I checked online and it said this particular location did not have the game, so I decided to just go ahead and have Amazon price match Best Buy, and I ordered it last night, well plans fell through to driving up yesterday, so we decided to drive up to do our shopping today, after work. My fiancée needed to stop in to pick up a flash drive, so I decided to look over in the gaming section, while she looked around herself, and low and behold, there were 2 copies of the game that was listed out of stock. I’ll get the game tomorrow anyway with amazon prime shipping, but it still proves my point. Almost worth it to just drive over to the Fayetteville location.

Horrible very small and have no kind of inventory. No one greeted us and we didn’t get any help. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Only slightly less efficient than drying your hands with a cardboard box. Twice now, I have ordered something for pickup and the store did not notify me of the arrival. Other than that, it is ok. I’ve been to better locations.

Customer service here is amazing! If you’re buying a tv, ask for Josh! He helped us snag a great deal, and spent tons of time helping us figure out what we needed.
