Lackluster is putting it mildly. Nothing was bad per se but nothing was good either. We waited at least 10 – 15 minutes for the host to even come up and acknowledge us. The service wasn’t anything special. It took a while to get our food which is fine but then we got the food and it wasn’t good. It wasn’t terrible but it left something to be desired. I paid $ 10 for one measly chicken breast and two tiny sides. The chicken was ok but mostly everything that we had was flavorless. The food actually makes you sad and takes away your appetite. Thumbs down. Also, don’t order more than one orange juice. $ 2.69 each time.

Great service is the keystone — it’s hard to get 5 stars from me — and — they get it hands down — from the point of entry to handling of the to-go bag the service was exceptional– Julianna was our waitress — very warm, caring and just beautiful person. The manager seated me and my guest and was very pleasant and hands on — being that this isn’t my first visit– I know he wasn’t putting on an act — he’s generally a nice guy — the food comes out pretty fast — I love breakfast so it’s an ideal place for me to stop past — BONUS Julianna’s Aunt and Uncle who look roughly in their 50’s dropped in for lunch which speaks volumes about her as a person — sooooooo she definitely gets a nice tip…

The takeout service is poor and food was cold when picked up. Had to wait even when food was in their order window. Was told it was not mine and waited nearly 10 minutes to find out it was mine. I brought issue to evening manager and he offered to to remake, but told me it was not cold. Got home to soggy cold soggy cheeseburger and cold turkey dinner. Won’t be back anytime soon. Note: And we did frequent, but tha will change.

American food. That’s Bob Evans. Meat and butter and stuff. It’s pretty affordable and the service is wonderful, the food is always prepared well, so maybe it could deserve more than three stars but not four. Not for us I guess. But glutinous Americans might love it.

I give 3 stars because when my brother asked for a Sprite, they have him water. When he told the waitress that they gave him water instead of Sprite, the waitress gave us a nasty look and said I’ll be right back. When my grand mother asked to order an another appetiser, the waitress said«let me get another persons order» with an unfriendly tone. The biscuits are salty even without butter. But the food was really good and crepes were very delicious. The food is good but the service is not good. Unfortunately it takes a long time to get your food.

Always a great hot meal here. Erin our server is amazing! Love the variety of flavored coffee creamers! BEST pancakes and turkey sausage ever! I’m not handicapped, but sitting in the window on an early weekday morning I watched 6 vehicles within 35 minutes with handicap plates try to park close to the door with no luck. Obviously an older generation loves breakfast– so why not accommodate them with quite a few more spots– and make them wider so they can get out.

Good food, time minimized — told 5 to 10 minutes, seated in 7. Waitress quick and efficient. Food delivered quickly and as ordered. Waitress never returned. Luckily, everything was okay.

Just had breakfast with my wife and received the worst customer service. Brian Brown the Asst General Manager undermined his hostess and seated us himself but then we had to wait 20 min before I decided to stand up and tell the hostess that no waitress had seen us. Instead of sending us a waitress Brian Brown stepped up again and took our order. The food that came was bland except for the sausage gravy which was good. The buttermilk biscuits were hard and crusty. The gravy in my sunshine skillet was bland and different from the gravy my wife received. It has been 50 min and we have still not seen our waitress. The customer service more then anything has turned me off from coming here again or recommend to any friends.

We arrived and the hostess said it’d be a couple minutes. No big deal. She went to look for a table. The assistant manager, Brian, came over and went through the exact same process. When the hostess came back for us, he cut in and said«oh no, I’m seating these guys». The look on her face said it all, should’ve been our clue to leave. He brought our drinks and said a server would be with us shortly. 20 minutes later, other tables were being sat and having their orders taken. We weren’t visited by anyone. I’m 17 weeks pregnant, so my husband went and found someone. Brian came over and took our orders himself, but the food wasn’t worth the trouble. There was ¼ inch of sugar in the bottom of my tea, huge globs of sour cream on top of my hash browns, and the toughest biscuits I’ve eaten. We finished 20 minutes ago and Brian just cleared our plates and offered to bring the check. It came, and he said he’d taken 20% off the bill as a courtesy because he felt bad… the ticket is in a waitress’s name, and we never saw a waitress. How shady, he really tried to throw someone else under the bus! Totally new level of bad service, I’m amazed. We’ll be sticking with Cracker Barrel from here on out.

Always good food. Sometimes you have to wait to be helped but not to long. I enjoy the Skillet breakfast or the Country fried steak when we go. Those are my favorite meals. I have also tried the Turkey dinner which is very good choice for menu items. All in all, I would say it is always a pleasant experience.

I’ve been coming here for breakfast a couple times a week for the last several months. So my review is a conglomerate of all those visits Service at breakfast has been spot on, without a single exception! With few exceptions, the food has been prepared perfectly. Occasionally my toast has been undercooked and my hash browns not crispy. And the one thing that really stands out is the pot roast breakfast bowl, its killer! They always serve your own pot of coffee and are more than happy to give you it to go cup at no extra charge! For all you military folk there’s a daily 10 percent discount.

Very nice restaurant to kickstart your day, or for lunch and dinner. This place is cheap and the service is really nice and friendly. I like the rise and shine breakfast because it is very appetizing. The eggs are very good. I love their biscuits and pancakes. The breakfast bowl is very delicious. I would love to come back to this place…

This is not a bad place. The service is pretty good and the fare is not bad. It’s a good inexpensive family place. The pot roast sandwich is always good.

This was a below average Bob Evan’s. Still, my fruit plate wasn’t terrible.
