Got the worst customer service and rudeness I’ve ever been subjected too from a contractor. I asked for an estimate for several remodeling projects at my home. Randy V came out and spent a long time measuring things, asking me a lot of questions, and said he’d be back in touch. I waited for several weeks, then called again but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone so I was forced to leave messages. None of my messages were ever returned. Over two months later I finally reached Randy again, who obviously didn’t even remember me, and he briskly replied that he’d have to «look up» who I was and what my estimate was, and then hung up. The next morning instead of a phone call, I received a curt email saying «the owner of the company» was «not interested» in doing my projects, without any further explanation. It was literally a one-​sentence brush off, without a single apology for *wasting over two months!* of my time after being promised an estimate. It’s insulting and infuriating. Guess what guys… it’s a small community, and when you treat people like garbage word gets out sooner or later.

Joel’s team just finished up a bathroom remodel for us. The bathroom looks great. New Quartz counter tops, new shower with porcelain tile and beautiful frameless glass door. The main guy that worked on the job was so professional and it was so easy to have him in our home. We are planning another job soon and Joel Cole construction will be the one
