I brought my computer in and Adam fixed it on the spot using some workarounds that were amazing. He really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain what he was doing. I was in and out in an hour. The price was very resonable and fair. I would certainly recommend Techline and especially Adam.

I always get my phones here. They are friendly and give me the straight facts. I think all business have their issues and these guys will come up with a way to fix the problem. Example: I know people that bought their phone elsewhere and went to Techline to get the problem resolved.

I’m disappointed. I want to give this business rave reviews, because they have done good in the past. However, i took my laptop into their service center for repair, and they had for a good while, and when i came to check on it’s progress, it was done. They hadn’t resolved the issue at all, and assumed it was something Dell had to fix. I called around to some other places, and discovered that my problem was something else entirely, and pretty easy to fix. Instead of a motherboard failure, it was a simple driver failure. Also, both of these things should be able to be done by a computer repair place. I myself can run diagnostics and swap out the ram and let it sit in bios, i don’t need someone else to do that for me. if they had bothered to do the work to check for a driver failure or let me know how to swap out the motherboard, it would have been more helpful. This business has it’s good points– they can work magic when it comes to phone problems– but when it comes to computer repair, their laziness cost me money, and that’s not okay.

I feel jipped. Last week, I brought my computer to Techline with high hopes. They are the most well-known place to get your computer fixed in town, so I was hoping they could help me fix my computer that had a virus. I brought my computer in and explained what was going on. The lady behind the desk was nice and explained that it should cost between 35 – 75 dollars and would be done within the next two days, but probably the next day. I was under the impression(because of what the employees said) that it was doubtful that it would cost 75 dollars. Also, the lady said that if it did cost more than 75 dollars, they would call me to see if I still wanted them to work on it. After waiting for 4 days, and still not hearing from Techline, I stopped in to see if they had made any progress. The employee had to find my computer(which took longer than I would expect) and when he did, he told me he had fixed it and it should be good to go. He wrote up the bill. It costed 83 dollars after tax, but the entire problem wasn’t fixed. Basically, they ran some anti-virus programs, updated windows, and charged me over 80 dollars to do it. AND never called me to tell me my computer was done. I brought my computer home and realized that all of my files were still hidden(which was something they were supposed to fix). I had to go online to see how to fix them and while reading about the virus online, I realized that Techline hadn’t really done sh*t to my computer, but somehow it took them 4 days to do it. If I wouldn’t have gone in there today, I wonder when they would have called me. I don’t suggest going here. It’s a rip off.
