I would not recommend this store if you’re buying lumber the people in that department are very rude and don’t like to work. I went in there to buy lumber and ask them to cut some of it which I paid for them to cut @ 25¢ a cut. The manager was having a bad attitude and went out of his way to tell the employee not to measure it so the cuts will be off. Second time I sent my girlfriend figuring maybe it was just me and they were also rude to her and had a attitude about cutting the lumber and they also gave her 2×3 instead of 2 X 2. So I just chalked it up to them being plain lazy and not wanting to work. Most of the other departments are very helpful and friendly.

The workers are friendly. This store is in a smaller town so maybe that’s why. Shelby Hopkins went out of his way to help me with flooring. He has a kind way about him and an asset to this Home Depot.

Every time I come to this store nobody knows their product or it seems like there’s no one there to help me poor customer service. I mise well research online and do it myself because they’re not knowledgeable.
