Worst service ever. I live nearby and have been here maybe three times in the last 18 months. It’s worse each time I go. No one knows what they’re doing. GARBAGE! Waited 15 minutes for my burger and fries. I saw at least 5 employees on shift, getting paid to stand around. A 6^th employee was in front of me ordering food and flirting w the cashier. I’ll never go back and neither should you!!!

I am writing this review as I wait for my food. I have been here for 15 minutes and I still have not received my standard cheeseburger, fries, and medium diet coke. The food just came, but… the server asked one of my party is «they really wanted their small chili.» This better be a damn good cheeseburger. This place does get brownie points for being clean and the service, despite the lack of any sort of motivation, did get my group’s admittedly complex order right.
Update: the cheeseburger was fine, but it was cold because it had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. The fries are fresh.

This place is awful.
If the greeting of «YOU WANNA COMBO?!» isn’t enough to scare you off to the McDonald’s across the street, the quality of the food will. Orders are almost always wrong… order a double anything and you will surely receive a single, after paying for the double. Container of fries is half-full (if that), and cold. One time I politely asked them to fill the fries and it was like I insulted the guy’s mother.
One bizarre thing about this place is that it doesn’t matter if you are the only person in line, they always ask you to pull ahead and someone will bring your food out. Always. And no, I don’t order anything special or weird.
Go to the Churchville location instead.

Slowest Wendy’s ever. If you have time to kill, stop in and get some food (eventually). I will be back from time to time to get a potato or to try a new food offering, but I will not be able to combine a Wendy’s lunch with any other lunch errands.

Chili was watery, Food took forever to get, no receipt was given to review our order and verify everything was there, and it just seemed really unorganized. The service was not friendly. (Besides the manager,
who tried to help us out a bit.) I love Wendy’s, but this one was really bad.

Isa Fact #45: Driving 2 hours on the highway makes me crave fast food. We decided to skip the awful and overpriced rest stops, exited the highway and came to this Wendy’s.
It was one of the best decisions we made that night. Why? Because this Wendy’s beats all the fast food places at the rest stops. The staff were super polite, food was as good as Wendy’s can be and everything was clean.
This was the most service oriented Wendy’s I have ever been to. The gentleman in the back checked on us to see if all was good when we were chowing down on our burgers. What? Where are we?

Well, it’s Wendy’s so that probably says enough. The one near my house has awful fries every time so I was a little hesitant but this location’s was much better. No complaints here.

I –hate– this Wendy’s!
Everytime I go there to get some FAST FOOD, they tell me to pull to the side and wait… and I’m only ordering a hamburger, nothing special!
I’ve only gone there three or four times, for obvious reasons, and every time they give me a look when I ask for ketchup.
My room mate told me that when he went there for breakfast they were supposed to be open at like 7 or something, and he showed up at 9. They were still closed and when he asked to speak to the manager, the girl said that she was the manager, they were closed, and she didn’t need to put up a sign. I guess you don’t, but it’d be the professional thing to do.
Anyways, if I’m hungry or have a burger craving, I head to Burger King across the street… shame, I really like Wendy’s too.

Food is pretty good like any other Wendy’s. I typically use the drive thru. They are pretty fast but if you want ketchup don’t forget to ask for it.
