Probably the only store in Abilene Texas that is professional. Although in my opinion they need to have some renovations done it screens 1970 when you walk in. Their changing rooms are a good size but always have pins on the ground, I can understand people having to unpin shirts to try them on but for Gods sake clean them up before someone steps on them! I understand that we have a lower tier Dillard’s but I would like to see them start to carry some more sizes in their dress shirts that are more teenager friendly. I give them five stars Because they have great service except the man who works in the tie department who is very tall. The short lady who works in the polo department is very helpful, also those are the only dressing rooms that don’t have pins in them!

Went there today with my wife to buy luggage for our Daughter. It is in the Men’s store/Dillard’s second location. Straight in, they have free WiFi. Straight to the luggage section, and noticed they had a very large selection. Most are on Sale! We found just what we wanted. Cleanliness was 5⁄5. Service was 4/5, and here is why. We walked around the store pulling luggage looking for anybody to check us out. Made it almost to pots and pans before finding someone to ask to check out. Walked backed to luggage and waited, for a nice gentlemen to check us out. How far would we have to traverse the store to find a checkout? I think they may have dropped manning too low. That costs a star.

Okay. I went in to Dillard’s in the Mall of Abilene today because I had some time to kill and a cool looking shirt caught my eye. They have a nice style selection but are just WAY too expensive. I mean, 85.00 for a leopard print shirt made from one of the cheapest fabrics on earth? Are they serious? I left before I had to pay a shopping tole. Won’t be back in there… ever.
